引言

The people in the world are all opposed to war, but they can by no means avoid it. This is indeed a regrettable thing. War is very terrible, and everybody hears it with fear.

In a war, thousands and thousands of lives will be lost, and a large amount of money will be wasted. It brings us untold miseries and damage. To sum up, so long as war is unavoidable, human beings cannot enjoy lasting peace. Their fate is是多么悲惨呀!

One of the main reasons for war is the difference in ideology. Capitalist countries never stop trying to tamper with communist governments, leading to conflicts and wars.

Many wars are launched for the interest of business and politics. For example, countries may declare wars on their neighbors for historical or religious reasons, or to recover land containing valuable resources like oil.

War causes great suffering to individuals, with mothers losing their children and children losing their parents. Innocent people are forced to leave their hometowns and live in fear every day.
