寒假生活

During the winter vacation, my life remains pretty much the same. I usually wake up at 11 o'clock in the morning, have a nice lunch with my parents, and then spend the rest of the day playing computer games until late at night. Sometimes, I read books or listen to music in bed because it's too cold and snowy outside. I also get to hang out with some of my good friends, and we have long conversations about our lives. Despite the dullness, I manage to find some fun in these days.

寒假的喜悦

The winter vacation is a welcome break from the endless homework and exams we had during the semester. It feels like we've been liberated, just like the people's Liberation Army. We can now play freely without the fear of being scolded for not doing homework. It's a time for us to relax and enjoy our freedom.

家庭聚会

One of the highlights of the vacation is the Chinese New Year's Day celebration. We discuss where to go for a picnic in the mountains, and since the weather is clear and sunny, we unanimously decide to go. We prepare everything needed for the picnic, including dumpling skin, meat, condiments, bowls, chopsticks, pots, and so on. The next day, we walk to the hill and start dividing the labor. Everyone has their own tasks, and it's a great team effort. We enjoy the picnic and have a lot of fun together.

幽默时刻

During the picnic, there are some humorous moments. For example, one of my aunts accidentally drops a pot of dumplings, and it almost falls. We all laugh and say that it's like the saying, "With a small double （my nickname） is the same as black." It's these little moments that make the vacation so enjoyable.

Overall, the winter vacation is a time for relaxation, fun, and family togetherness. I cherish these moments and look forward to them every year.
